1. Return period

The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without giving a reason, provided that the product meets the conditions described in this policy.

2. Conditions for returning products

• The product must be in its original packaging, with intact seals, all accompanying accessories, documents, and labels.

• Cosmetic products can only be returned if they are in their original sealed packaging and unused, due to hygiene and health protection reasons.

• Accessories must be unused and returned with all original packaging and labels.

3. Shipping costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will send the corrected order or replacement product at our expense.

4. Claims (Complaints)

In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product, the customer has the right to file a claim. Upon approval, Brasnar.bg will replace the product or refund the paid amount, including shipping costs.
